The unit also comes with an outdoor ski locker so you can store all your adventuring gear. The unit has a ground floor deck that leads out to the pool and community lawn area. Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. For both of us (we're over 60) having a ground level single floor property was vital, and this met our needs. As with other reviews, the property could use some updating, but for the nightly price we paid, the property was a good value. It has a nicely appointed kitchen with a Keurig (YES!), and a stacked washer/dryer. It's VERY quiet, even though the bedroom and living room face the pool/spa area. It's 2 blocks from Old Mammoth Road, where you can find Roberto's and The Warming Hut. There's ample parking. The mattress is very firm, but we got used to it after a couple of nights.
