The advertisement needs to be updated to include the fact that the laundry room is located in the building near the pool/hot tubs, and requires download of an app and loading of money into the account to wash/dry laundry (it is no longer coin operated and costs 5 to wash/dry 1 load). I asked about the cost of washing a load prior to our arrival and there was no response from management. The roku in the bedroom was not working, we had to purchase our own and hook it up. There were no washcloths, only bath and hand towels, and only 2 allotted rolls of toilet paper for the entire week (you have to buy your own after that). The pullout couch bed is incredibly uncomfortable (you can feel the bars through the thin mattress) and doesn't lay flat (the end of the bed where your feet go were elevated above the top part of the bed where your head goes). When we told them, they rushed somebody over to pretend to clean. They didn’t even change the sheets. Emails to the property management went unanswered. Feb 22, 2023 #### Great Location, but needs improvement Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented over a holiday weekend. The unit was a great layout for a small family with the bunks for kids and separate BR for adults. The kitchen was well stocked and nice to have. The location is great - close to Canyon Lodge and the Village. However, the unit wasn't very clean when we arrived. Cobwebs in corners, bedding didn't smell fresh. The facility has washer/dryer units that you can pay for so I was able to wash the blankets/bedding for a small fee. This unit was more upgraded than others in the building, but I would still give it 3.5. ##### Julienne B. Condo was walking distance to Canyon Lodge and close to shuttle stop. It was clean. My only complaint was there was no closet space.
