Great hotel and location
Only stayed one night. Great service, staff were helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and so was the location. Only downfall was the room still felt cold even after adjusting the heater.

Best Breakfast we have ever had in our lives!!!!!!
Everything was wonderful but we were absolutely shocked how incredible the breakfast was. It was like eating at a 5 star exclusive restaurant. Thank you.

We had a very good stay. We were able to check in early, which suited our schedule very well. Breakfast many varieties on offer and we were very happy with our room. I would advise not to accept a room on the second floor since everybody has to walk by your room to get to the breakfast venue.

Positives- Very nice and clean hotel rooms. Close to Hyllie train station so it was convenient to get into the center of Malmö without having to pay high prices. Negatives- Room was definitely on the small side and the bathroom was small. Our shower also leaked onto the floor. Breakfast was OK. But overall would recommend.

Great Location
Close to public transportation and across the street from the mall. The room was a bit tight for three adults, but we made it work. The breakfast was great and the tower parking was good.

Very satisfied, one night family stay
Hotel was perfect for a one-night stay for the airport. Our Family enjoyed renting bikes from the hotel for $5 USD each to IKEA for dinner and Emporium Mall right across the road (food court food is terrible). Hotel’s Top floor bar has nice view of the city. We trained into old town Malmo just 8 mins away. Beautiful!! Breakfast at the hotel was a hike as you exit 2nd floor and walk and walk to get there. Tip: don’t stay on second floor and expect to sleep late as EVERYONE has to walk past the corridor of your room to get to the breakfast area. Hyllie Train Station is about 100ft from the hotel and 3/4 of its covered. Just 12 mins (one stop) across the bridge to Copenhagen Airport. Smooth and perfect! Hotel is basic, IKEA-type furniture and shower is very small, but sufficient, clean and comfortable.

Two days in row they forgot to clean our room despite having the “ please clean !” Tag on the door and while confronting the hotel management with the issue they offered to clean our room at 20:00 instead of offering us a new room. We had 3 nights booked but After this horrible experience we decided to check out already after two days but as the management to give us a refund for the last night or a voucher which they also rejected and asked us to contact Expedia Outmost unprofessional to handle the case like it has been handled and into her instead of making sure that a hotel guest is ever returning they made sure to lose A whole family as hotel guests The hotel breakfast is also not a hit

The staff at every turn were friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely room that felt fresh and clean, the entrance and restaurant were the same, and the breakfast was lovely. I wish we could have stayed for longer so that we could have tried more of it as we filled up before we managed the whole spread!
