"We were very impressed with our stay. Our shuttle driver was incredibly apologetic about being late to get us at the airport despite it being beyond his control (traffic accident). For there, we were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful young woman who explained everything we needed to know for our stay over a welcome "cold lemon tea" that was absolutely delicious. Despite arriving very early for our check-in time, they were able to get us into our room early. Our room was an ocean view and we were thrilled. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Some may have concerns about the flooring (the seams were separating in some places) but it didn't bother us. We walked the area and always felt very safe, explored stores and restaurants but still returned to the hotel to eat 4 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinners). We cannot say enough about the food - we were very impressed (selection, cost, quality, and quantity). Overall, we'd definitely stay again."

"Teh attached restaurant was good - for both breakfast and an evening meal, and the staff were very approachable and friendly. The room was fairly basic and a bit old and worn looking. The sofa bed our children slept on sagged badly and they rolled into the middle so not the best night's sleep. I didn't stay in any other hotels in Male so can't compare but this felt a little underwhelming to me for the price. "
