"The stay, food, and customer service were fantastic. Special thanks to Asinsala; she was fantastic, and when we extended our stay by another day, she helped us program our room keys so we didn't have to go to reception. I will high-key recommend this place to go and have a great experience"

"Our stay at Galle Face was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The restaurant staff were always polite, attentive, and eager to ensure our needs were met. A special thanks to Devi for her kindness and exceptional service. We would also like to thank Guest Relations Executive Ivoni, who kindly arranged an early check-in for us after a long flight. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and excellent service. 10/10 Excellent

"Excellent modern property! A delight to stay here….excellent views of the ocean too. And walking distance to almost everything. The drop off/ pick up arrangements are weird with multiple levels of lobbies but that is the architect’s fault….not the hotel’s. We will definitely be back"
