The staff were very attentive, especially the concierge who saw me struggling with my luggage at my parked vehicle. He ran out with an umbrella to help me in the pouring rain. "The staff at the counter don't seems to be able communicate effectively. We checked in quite late and we were told about dinner need reservation before specific time resulting we headed out nearby ramen shop but were not accepting anymore customer. "We had a fabulous stay in this hotel - the level of service and personal attention was fantastic - from accommodating our later than planned arrival and later dinner time, through to every interaction with staff. The set dinner tasing menu of 9 courses was very special and the welcome drink at the bar in front of the stove was thoughtful and a lovely touch as were all the little treats and drinks.
