The staff were friendly and accommodating. The other guests were very considerate, which made the stay even more pleasant. We stayed in the Japanese-style room with tatami mats, that came with a huge bath tub. The true highlight for us was the natural Moor onsen - it was so calming and perfect for unwinding after a chilly day exploring Obihiro. It definitely helped us relax and recharge.
