Only stayed one night but it was great. Loved the location, just a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Apartment was comfortable and hosts were very nice. Would highly recommend, and stay here again.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this hotel. 5 minute walk to the beach front, many restaurants and cafes nearby, a Tommy Supermarket downstairs which was great to be able to cook in the kitchen in the room. The family that runs the property was so lovely and very helpful when needed! Would highly recommend booking here!

1. Reception helped us navigate into the underground parking garage - note it is 10 euro per night for parking (as we had a rental car, we used this service to ensure our car was safe and secure) 2. Apartment is less than 10 minutes walk to/from the beach promenade, which has restaurants right next to the beach which stretches around this part of Makarska 3. The room space and bathroom were large and more than sufficient for 2 guests travelling with a medium-sized suitcases 4. There was a kitchen, with stove, microwave and fridge, which we used to cook a meal 5. There is a local supermarket and chemist just behind the apartment

I recently stayed at Hotel Agave in Makarska and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a fresh and welcoming ambiance throughout. The apartments are spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. Each unit is well-appointed with modern amenities and tasteful decor, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. What truly sets Hotel Agave apart, however, is the owner. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly helpful and kind, going out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Their genuine hospitality made a significant difference, adding a personal touch that you rarely find in larger hotels. Overall, Hotel Agave exceeded my expectations. The combination of cleanliness, spacious apartments, and outstanding service makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Makarska. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a great week at Agava, I can only recommmend the place. :) The only thing I would mention is that the room was a bit noisy. The walls are bit thin, which means you can hear noises from inconsiderate neighbours (e.g. dragging chairs across the kitchen in the middle of the night) and the airconditioner is a bit loud, but we got used to that after a few days. The beach is just a very short walk away which very convenient, and there's a small shop (Tommy market) right in the same building which is also very nice when you need something quickly. Our room was cleaned every day, I really did not expect this in an apartment so this was a very nice surprise! The bed is comfortable and the room itself is very spacious, you have really everything you would expect in an apartment! I would go back anytime!

Great apartment for individuals who work remotely and need quiet place with good internet. Grocery store is on first floor, beaches and restaurants are couple hundred meters from the apartment. I have stayed here 5 times so far and i love it.

Meget fornøyd med mitt opphold! Super fint og rent hotell og hyggelig betjening. Anbefales på det sterkeste og jeg var enda mer fornøyd enn hva jeg trodde jeg skulle være. Det var meget fint og finere enn på bildene.

Everything was first class, wonderful. Miah and Vice are both lovely people, not forgetting Nellie, who looked after us, by keeping our room clean every day, clean fresh towels etc,thank you Nellie. It was our first visit to Croatia but it wont be our last. Miah and Vice, your apartments are fantastic, and are deserving of 4 stars even 5!. The beds are so comfortable too, something i have many times not experienced. Makarska is a lovely place and the Agarva apartments are the perfect place to stay, great value for the service you give, well done! and thank you for making our stay extra special.Vice, Miah and your daughter (sorry dont know her name) we hope you have a wonderful time in London. Very good appartment in Makarska.

Very nice appartment 250 m from det beach. We spent 4 nights ar the top floor. Big appartment with a big balcony with boble bath. Very good and helpful service. Supermarked on the groundfloor and pharmacia and bacery in the house next door.

God atmosfære

Vi hadde et flott opphold, veldig bra renhold, gode senger med mulighet for dyne. Eierne var imøtekommende og hadde gode tips på alt vi spurte om. Vi hadde rom i 1. Etg. Rommet var fint, men det var lite utsikt fra verandaen, mye store planter. Sikkert mye koseligere i 2. og 3. etg. Alt i alt er vi fornøyde med oppholdet.

Absolutely wonderful, fancy, clean, modern hotel!

WOW! I was so surprised by this hotel. First of all, its clinically clean! Everywhere - in the apartment and the hotel overall is extremely clean and modern. Second of all, it very much feels like a fancy hotel rather than just an apartment-hotel. The size of the apartment was huge, much bigger than we expected - in a good way. We had 3 balconys! And we even got sea-view although we had only booked balcony without any specifik view. Thank you for that! There was also water in the fridge when we arrived which was nice! The maid-service also was very modern, where you click a button inside your room to decide if you want cleaning or not. The staff was really really lovely and helpful. They helped us with everything and were overall just lovely and nice. This hotel is truly wonderful and I was shocked of how much value for money we got. I have stayed in Makarska once before (and in many places in Croatia) but Agava is no doubt the best hotel I've stayed at. It really is a 10/10 hotel. Location: close to the beach and the restaurants. Just a walk "down" from the hotel. Also: this hotel is 2 m from a supermarket and pharmacy, which is perfect! Location to Old Town/harbour is about a 15 min walk.

Nytt anlegg som ligger litt opp fra sentrum, rett opp fra strandpromenaden. God seng og fin kjøkken/stue. Manglet enkelte kjøkkenredskaper. Hyggelig personale, og god mottagelse i resepsjonen. Uteområdet er pent, men var ikke tilrettelagt for å sitte å slappe av. Butikk og bakeri rett utenfor. OBS når du bestiller at dere bestiller den leiligheten dere ønsker. Lett å bomme på leilighetstypen i forhold til utsikt. Vi fikk dårlig med utsikt og liten veranda.

Flott leilighet

Vi tilbrakte 10 netter i dette flotte leilighetskomplekset. Vertskapet var imøtekommende og hjelpsomme når vi hadde behov for hjelp til bl.a booking av restaurant og leiebil, og de om med mange gode tips og anbefalinger. Leiligheten var i toppetasjen og var stor og fin. Der hadde vi det meste av det vi trengte for å dekke vårt behov. Litt gangavstand til gamlebyen ellers kort avstand til strand og det man måtte ønske seg. Kan virkelig anbefales.

Schönes Appartement großzügig und geräumig. Gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine und dem nötigen Geschirr.Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage mit Aufzug. Betreiber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, kleinere Reparaturen wurden auch sofort erledigt. Das Zimmer wurde auch jeden Tag gereinigt. Ein kleines Manko ist das Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite heraus, das war hin und wieder etwas störend. Alles in allem zu empfehlen, gerne wieder.
