It is a pleasant place to stay: clean and convenient for traveling. People around are nice. However, my experience wasn't great when I went back to find the power adaptor I had forgotten in the room. I waited for 1 hour and only got to know that they could not find it. I had much better experience with other hotels handling lost items.

Modern, clean, quiet area. 10 - 15 mins walk to station. No fridge or kettle facilitates. Good wifi and TV. Top quality bathroom. Good stay.

The hotel was very good in some ways- clean and quiet (especially rooms facing inner courtyard). Breakfast was poor (especially the hot breakfast) and poor value, but coffee good. Kettle in rooms would be useful. The hotel was literally on the wrong sides of the (rail) tracks. Although close to station, route via underpass, and quite some distance from old town and River (but half hourly 60 bus route). Staff tried to be helpful but some requests were not responded to (including emails before stay). In short, fine if you want clean hotel near station, but less appropriate for best parts of Mainz.

Worst experience ever! I had bad experiences with bad customer service this was by far the worst. They wouldn’t even do room service cleaning when I requested, they wouldn’t bring new towels or empty the trash Can and make the bed with the same sheets even if they were dirty so don’t eat in bed. They internet doesn’t work in all the rooms make sure is working in your before unpacking. I had to extend my stay so I did it with the app and inside it. They last day of my inicial booking one of the stuff is at my door talking in German god knows what so I try to explain that I extended my stay and that I’ll go to the front desk to sign the papers. When I was heading to the front desk I’m stopped, they were calling security and I needed to wait until they arrived so they could escort me down. So embarrassing and so unnecessary they just literally needed to check their system and make sign a paper, and they didn’t even apologize.

The hotel looks new and chic. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. There's not much in the immediate surrounding area. The train station is about a 10min walk away, there you'll find shops and restaurants.

Awesome hotel. Very modern, eco-friendly, restaurants in walking distance, and cool vibe in the lobby and bar area. I was surprised at how little the price was for such a great hotel.

The property is close to train station, about 1.5 miles from old town area. There were not enough staff around at check-in. Also, weirdly, when I asked for an extra pillow they said they didn't have any, that was sort of annoying. Otherwise, a very nice property.

Very clean hotel
Very helpful staff when we asked to change rooms due to external noise. Very clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was of good quality, although not good value given the price and lack of choice.

Great location, bad service
The location of the hotel is very convenient close to downtown. The facilities are moder and clean. The decor is unique. However, the staff at the front desk was moody, short and sometimes even rude. None of the people working there seem to like their job!

Great place not so great service
We like our room and the horefacilities a lot. The hotel is new, mdern and clean. However, the staff at the reception (everybody we met) always made us feel as if they didn't want to be there. They were short, seemed to be in a bad mood and/or even answered in a rude way.

Pretty good experience. Staff was really nice despite all my questions. Couple things could have been better: - Stayed at the hotel for nearly 2 weeks. While the bed was made up the fitted sheet was never changed. This fact was made obvious by the fact the same small rips in one of the fitted sheets were present my entire stay. - Wifi was really spotty. Sometimes the bandwidth was barely enough to load a single webpage (less than 1 Mbps down).

Nice Hotel
Pros: Nice hotel, good quality breakfast choices. Location was convenient to Central station and old town. Cons: Air Conditioning not very powerful. Supposed to receive voucher for free beer if declining the room cleaning service, I did this but never received a voucher during my stay.

It was an excellent stay ~ comfortable beds. The only thing was the rooms were warm to sleep ~ the air conditioning did not work. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay.
