Mainz stay

This hotel was amazing. In a great location, close to the train/bus station. The staff was amazing! Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. AC would have been helpful during our stay, as it was really hot, but they gave us fans and the windows opened. The street noise gets a little loud with a bar down the street. Some rooms were more affected by this than others. Would stay here again!

Great location, walkable to everything

Great service and beautgiful hotel! It is also in a great location! We had a window over the main shopping area which was nice for people watching and easy access to everything. The ruins are small but it may or needs. Breakfast is good.

No one at front desk for over 5 minutes when I arrived. The two workers I saw in that time told me to just wait, someone would be down shortly. Great location near the train station for a quick one night stay on way back to Frankfurt but there was no mini fridge to keep food items I had purchased chilled. I ended up putting them out on the balcony since it was inthe 40s and hoping the animals didn’t get to them. Front desk closes somewhat early and there was a large gathering in room next to me. Very thin walls and tile floors (one of them had heels) made for a noisy night. The highlight was the Italian restaurant across the street; their food was amazing.

The room was great, service was excellent but the fact that the elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 4th floor was a bit of a challenge! Since the elevator hasn’t been working for over 4 months it would have been nice to have been given a heads up!

Close to trains and clean enough but run down looking and even with windows closed it sounded like they were wide open with constant noise from Kelly’s pub nearby, trains and cars and people yelling , got almost no sleep at all.

We were in a room on the fifth floor. The elevator was broken. The room was 80 degrees farenheight and there was no fan. The room was no smoking but smelled of cigarettes . No free coffee inside room. No refrigerator either. Only positive is hotel was close to train.

駅前なので仕方ないですが すぐ下がパブなので 日本からの長旅初日には間違った選択でした。 21:30頃の到着でしたが パスコードを入力してのカードキーの無人受け渡しは最短で良かったです。 またこれも駅前なので仕方ない(クドイ)ですが 部屋は日本の古いapaクラスに狭いです(笑

Wie gewünscht haben wir ein ruhiges Zimmer im Obergeschoss erhalten und konnten auch schon zu 12 Uhr ins Zimmer. Leider wirkte das Zimmer allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Es war etwas laut, die Wände scheinen "dünn"zu sein. Ich habe Dadgeräusche (Toilettenspülung) gehört. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück in Ordnung und das Zimmer war sauber. Es liegt gleich am Bahnhof und zur Stadt zu Fuß ca 15min. .

Die Zimmer sind immer sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal immer freundlich und der Check-In auch nach 21 Uhr unkompliziert. Man hört nicht viel von außerhalb des Hotels, aber die Zimmer sind innerhalb des Hotels nicht allzu gut schallisoliert. Da kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass man 3 unterschiedliche fremde Wecker hört, sowie Leute im Treppenhaus. Ansonsten eine gute Unterkunft, die ich wieder besuchen werde.

最初の部屋に入った印象が残念だった。

最初に渡されたキーの部屋を開けると驚いたことに掃除されておらず、タオルも散らばった状態でした。写真を撮り受付で説明すると、オーナーらしき女性は大変すまなそうに何度も謝って直ぐに別の部屋を用意してくれました。 同じ部屋の大きさで２階で問題ありませんでしたが、シャワーの扉の密閉状態が悪く、気をつけないと床が水だらけになりました。また、通りに面していたので夜遅くまで騒がしかったです。窓を閉めれば問題ないのですが、空調も扇風機も無いので窓は閉めれませんでした。 朝食は種類は多くありませんが、おいしく頂けました。

Ich kann zum Hotel Schottenhof nichts sagen. Wir wurden wegen eines Wasserschadens umgebucht. Das war unkompliziert und wir waren mit der Alternative sehr zufrieden.
