満足できる旅館です。

規模が大きい老舗旅館(ホテル)なので仕方ないですが、今回利用したお部屋からお風呂までが遠いのが難点、食事、設備はとても良い好感の持てる施設さんです。

個室の食事処が、静かで寛げました。 サーブしてくれた方も、スマホを持っていたら、お写真撮りましょうかと声をかけてくださり、和やかな雰囲気を作ってくださいました。また、薬を飲みたい主人には、ただの水を私には、氷の入った水を用意してくれて、細やかな気遣いが心に響きました。

静かで くつろげる宿

すぐに「伊香保温泉石段」にアクセスできます。また，山側に位置する赤い「河鹿橋」にも近く，紅葉と共に印象的でした。お食事処の個室で頂いた夕食/朝食ともに美味しく，接客も大変丁寧です。伊香保のお湯を楽しみ，気持ちよく過ごせました。

個室で懐石料理美味しく、快適であった。車イスの老人にはベット部屋が良く、途中から車イスが上がれない設備に不満である。 洗面の水回り、トイレ排水が調子が悪い直した方が良い。フロント応対は良しです。伊香保神社に直に出れるので朝の散歩で良かった。

温泉や食事の美味しさに感服。部屋は洋室で、窓からの景色も良くゆったりくつろげる環境でした。石段街すぐ側という立地も良かったです。 何より、スタッフの方の丁寧な対応が素晴らしく、また訪れたいと思える気持ちの良い旅になりました。 お土産の福一うどん、早速自宅で食べました。こしがありモチモチで最高です。

次回は連泊したい。

GWの最終日、伊香保の街も落ち着きはじめたところで、久しぶりに大きくて立派なホテルに宿泊しました。 洋室ツインでしたが、外国で泊まるホテル並みに広く、喫煙可の部屋でしたがタバコの匂いは感じませんでした。 大浴場は、2種類の温泉と露天風呂、5、6人は入れるサウナや水風呂もあって（水風呂は1、2人位の大きさですが）、良かったです。 特に朝食は、いろいろな面で良かったです。朝から優雅なひとときを過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

２０年ぶりに名門旅館に宿泊しました。リーズナブルの設定だったので、泊まりましたが若干ガッカリ感もありました。維持管理も大変ですし、満足感もあげなければならない旅館経営は大変ですね。頑張ってください。
