Unwind in this newly renovated studio. Complete with kitchen, private bathroom, and separate entrance. Less than a 5-minute drive from Nuevo Baztán, hailed as one of Spain's most beautiful villages, featuring affordable municipal pools.

Just 50 minutes from Madrid by car, immerse yourself in nature, away from pollution. Indulge in the local cuisine, renowned for its delightful meats and traditional Madrid-style stew.

The studio is nestled within a 1500 sqm fenced plot, shared with the owners' residence. Although both homes share a common entrance gate, each enjoys complete independence. We prioritize our guests' privacy on this expansive property. However, we're readily available to assist with anything you may need to ensure you have a delightful stay.

The studio is situated on a property with two houses: the studio and the owners' residence. We share a large fenced plot surrounding both homes. Outdoor tables and chairs are available for you to enjoy a meal al fresco. Parking is free on the street.

You have several supermarkets nearby, about a 5-minute drive away. You can also head to Nuevo Baztán, around 3-4 minutes by car, where you'll find a wonderful supermarket with local products.

I live in the adjacent house to the studio and am available to help you plan your days or answer any questions you may have.

Small Studio Far from the Craziness of Madrid
A bit smaller than it appears in the photos, but still spacious and perfect for a stay outside Madrid. The studio had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen, to good quality towels, and reliable internet. The host was on top of communications and provided clear check-in instructions. I would stay again.
