Declining standard, and poor follow up
This is my 15 stay here within a year and standard are declining This time the toilet seat was not fixed, and the water came out on top of the shower, and when noticing this to the front staff upon leaving, the receptionist was more concerned about getting her €10 for a bag of chips and a chocolate bar, than Ensuring that the sufficient level of details were noted down to prevent this happening again and to ensure that those two problems were fixed before the next guest used the room Last time I stayed there months ago, the room smells awful, and like there was a problem with the sewage

This hotel is not 5 stars as they claim to be. The room is ok but no ventilation whatsoever. Bathroom does not lock and smells terrible. They claim they have spa and pool but they don’t mention you have to pay separately for this. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

This is a very expensive hotel that it is rated 5 star but there is no coffee in the rooms, no coffee in the lobby... for breakfast you have to it the $25 breakfast or there is no other option... and nothing around. the gym is not accessible unless you again pay, even though you are paying $550/$600 might... no amenities... and they treat you like you are in a motel 5. Horrible!!!

Very Comfortable Room, Bed and Linens. The Shower drain was slow causing the shower pan to fill and leak into the bathroom tile. But not a huge deal.

Stayed there2 nights. The shower doors in both room would not close properly so if you wanted to use the shower jers you would have a pool on the bathroom floor.Mentioned that but couldn't get fixed. We couldn't get a HOT tea at the breakfast for the days as they would pour the water from a thermos and it was always luke warm. No scale in the rooms so when I wanted to weigh my luggage I was given a run around and inaccurate information by the staff for a full day. Not enough power plugs in the room .only one far away from one side is the bed and nothing on the other side, couple scattered around the room.Located a new office area, about 15 min Uber ride away from the center.Uber was readily available for about 12. Euros. Staff were trying to be helpful but either short staffed or not knowledgeable enough . All’n all not want I expected from a 5 star hotel.

Plenty of space
Wonderful large room. Very comfortable kingsize bed. View of the city. 8 mins walk to the metro or a bit longer to Chamartin station and then approximately 15 mins into the city. Regular trains so never long to wait.

The staff was extremely helpful. They took the time to explain and answer questions, even those related to suggestions for tourist locations. The hotel could benefit from more dining options. Finally, there should be USB charging options in the room. This is now standard world over. It was surprising that this hotel doesn't have it.

Decent accommodations in a modern tower hotel. Advertised as a five star hotel so expectations were high. Not nearly at that level. Location was close to Chamartin Train station & convenient to metro. But a fair distance from Centro Madrid. High end quality, but less than five star.

Good experience at the hotel. Biggest downside was that it took the shower about 10 mins to get hot water. Lots of water wasted waiting for that if one is not willing to shower with cold water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Area around the hotel is a bit empty, but if you’re there for business then it doesn’t matter. Also quick to get to the airport from there.
