Very nice apartment that is very well located. The property is clean and felt safe. We were traveling with a small toddler so there is an elevator that was helpful for a stroller. It does get pretty loud sometimes as calle arenal is very busy, but the apartment is pretty soundproof.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It’s a little noisy bc it’s right off of Sol square but that is exactly where you want to be if you want to see all the tourist sites. Well equipped with everything you need including a kitchen with dishes, fridge and stove. Highly recommend!

Exceeded my expectations, great location and apartment. Newly renovated and super clean. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We stayed at apartment #2 which over looks the lively street, but once we closed the windows it was very quiet. Our apartment was loaded with the basic amenities to cook and wash clothing. At the heart of Madrid, and very short walk to many restaurants and the King's Palace. Highly recommendee.
