Only You was unique in its service, courteousness, and politeness of the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and willing to help with recommendations for dining and activities. The property itself is beautiful, with great views and architecture. Only You experience, staff, and service were excellent.

I traveled with my wife and stayed one night at this hotel. Property and room were beautiful, so well decorated, warm and charming, absolutely comfortable. The property is located walking distance of most points of interest. Staff service was end to end outstanding, as an Expedia Gold Member we got an upgrade. Breakfast has lots of fresh and delicious options. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, hotel was very nice, decorative, boutique. In the LGBTQ safe neighborhood, affirming experience. Staff were accommodating and helped us with printing documents, making reservations and we appreciated the experience. This was our second time staying at the hotel.

Only YOU was incredible. We arrived at 9am and our room wasn’t ready so they gave us a room to shower and rest in until our room was ready. When it finally was ready, it was well worth the wait! The terrace was adorable and the room was beyond comfortable. The staff was amazing. The bellman was friendly and resourceful. The front desk was quick and helpful. The property was perfectly located. We walked everywhere and it was such an easy walk! Highly recommend this property when in Madrid!
