"This is a quaint yet comfortable Inn. It has old world charm in addition to all modern amenities. We felt welcome and at home for our two night stay. The beds, linens and towels were fresh and comfortable. Our hostess - Kimberley, gave us a gracious welcome and was available should we need anything. Overall, the ground floor, good off-street parking and use of two sitting rooms was very convenient for us. The breakfasts were amazing! I recommend the Emmilyville Inn at Campbellford without hesitation ."

From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the moment we packed our bags to leave, every aspect of our stay was simply perfect. Inside, the cottage exuded the same cozy charm we remembered, with all the amenities we could possibly need for a weekend retreat with friends. Hosts' warmth and genuine care for our enjoyment ensured that every detail was attended to, from providing recommendations for local activities to accommodating our group's specific needs. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond truly made us feel like part of the family. We were especially grateful for the complimentary late check-out, allowing us to savor every last moment of our time together before reluctantly saying goodbye to this idyllic retreat. "This property and home was unbelievable! The pictures do not do it it justice, I've been telling all my friends and family about this and showing my photos of the unique home. The octagon shape with the fireplace as the centre of the main room is beautiful. When we first arrived it felt like an adventure to learn the home. Everything you need is there, so not to worry if you forget something. Communication with Tim was great. 10/10 recommend, we will be back! (next with our ATVs/ORVs as the trails aren't too far away)"

"The cabin was very clean, cozy and well kept. The ample sized open concept living area was perfect for hanging out with friends and playing games. We thoroughly enjoyed the hottub and sauna for some much needed R&R. Thanks so much to our hosts for providing the perfect place to getaway from the real world and unplug for awhile."

"This was the perfect spot for a winter family weekend. Two hour drive for those of us coming from Ottawa and 3 hours for those from Hamilton. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was nice that there was a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. It allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped, although we would have preferred a regular coffee maker, we brought coffee, but not Kreurig pods and not everyone got coffee on the last day. Great property for snowshoeing or long walks on quite road. The pool table was a hit as well. The host were a pleasure to deal with and check-in was easy."
