Great staff. Room was clean and well maintained. My only issue was beds are REALLY stiff. Unfortunately made for an uncomfortable night.

Rooms were nice and clean. A/C worked great! Checkin was slow and they wanted a credit card for incidentals. Their CC machine was broken, so they wanted to enter all the numbers from my card... Kind of silly and open to fraud. I don't want my CC in their system at all. Expedia has the card. They shouldn't need it.

This is a beautiful newer hotel in Madison. Rooms are HUGE, clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Free breakfast was so good and a lot of options. Staff was amazing and super friendly - and that's everyone - front desk, bar staff, cleaning team, everyone! Loved this hotel and they came through on getting all 4 of our rooms on one floor. So happy & highly recommend!
