"The house had spider webs on the outside windows. The pictures on the VRBO does not even look like the house. The furniture is not the same as in the house. The grass was not mowed in the back it was above our ankles. The play set that was in the picture on VRBO was sitting in the trees. The driveway had pot holes. There was not an umbrella on patio furniture that showed in pictures. The house was clean but was not like the pictures. I have pictures of how the house looked when we got...

"We got to the house and found someone else already in it. The person there said she had rented the place too. I don’t know what happened but the experience has tainted me from the whole idea of renting houses, especially through hotels.com. We got a refund, but ended up stranded late at night. We ended up wandering around and finding a hotel on our own after the help provided wasn’t very helpful."
