Great service

Great service.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff where excellent

Food and drink provided by the hotel was great!

Friendly service. Clean accommodations, comfortable bed, what more can you ask for with a hotel.

This hotel is located in a safe neighbourhood shopping plaza close to I55. Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and spacious, and overlooked the lagoon of turtles, egrets, Canada geese, and families of ducks, and the pedestrian bridge to Bonefish Grill, where this hotel gets room service. According to the in-room services guide, room service was available until 10pm daily, so we were very displeased when we called at 8:55pm and were told they were closed, as there are no other...

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean! The breakfast need to be improved, the quality was there but the service was so slow that everything was missing (eggs, yogourt, banana, bread…). We had to wait for everything and there were not a lot of clients. The hotel itself was great and the food (when available) was also very good quality.

Staff were new and unable to help with any questions - ie where can we get something to eat. who delivers, etc. Breakfast was much to be desired - toaster wouldn't work, not much variety

My stay was fine overall...I've stayed a few times however the room didn't smell fresh when I first checked in - I think its the cleaning products they are using.
