Madison Campground Tours and Activities

The lack of available parking is a persistent problem. The location is convenient for downtown access, super walkable. Staff need retraining on customer service fundamentals. Breakfast needs an upgrade for this price point. If you are a solo traveling hipster this is your spot, if you are with family look elsewhere.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 16-month-old and served as a perfect base for exploring Grand Teton and Jackson. Very quick 5 min drive to downtown and 25 min drive to Grand Teton entrance booth. The property looks like a older western motel, but updated to the modern standard. We felt that we had great value for money at this accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable and the AC worked very well. The pool was refreshing after a full morning in the park and sun loungers were available any time of day or night. Hot tub jets didn’t work
