"When we arrived, we were initially not given the same room that was shown on the Expedia website, so we had to wait while contacting Expedia to clarify the issue. After speaking with Expedia, the hotel management handled the situation very professionally. The manager personally contacted us and assured us that we would be given a room matching the photos shown online. They were very respectful and helpful in resolving the issue, and we appreciated their efforts."
