« Very bad service. I forgot one jacket in the room. I’ve sent a WhatsApp message, one email, one form through hotels.com I know that the WhatsApp message was read. But no one send me back any answer. Even to say that they didn’t found it. I’ll never stay again at this property or any of this group. And also the price was too expensive for this kind of room and location. You’ll find better option not far in the east part of the city. »

« My stay at Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel in Madinah was overall excellent. The location is perfect, very close to Masjid An Nabawi, and the staff were extremely cooperative, respectful, and quick to respond, especially the front desk and guest relations team who assisted me through WhatsApp. I experienced an issue with the WC in my room, and although maintenance came twice at times when the washroom was busy, the staff handled the situation politely and professionally.
