"The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable. "

"Be live collection is the best all inclusive hotel in Saidia , as soon as you enter in the building you feel like home, all staff are always ready to welcome the hotel guests with a big smile and always willing to help. Everything is perfect there, the service, entertainment they are amazing very active group of dancers, the hotel also offers others entertainment and shows, food is top quality, a lot of choices and well prepared. It is my third year coming to this hotel and I will keep coming back…the hotel director is a very responsible boss and is always on top of every matter around the hotel, keep it up wonderful team…"

"Horrible resort, the worst experience I ever had in a hotel in the entire world, we had to wait 4 hours for our room be ready and after it when we got in the room floors were wet in the entire room, the bell hop very nice man apologize and told us he will ask the cleaning lady to comeback to go over the floors because the floors got dirty with our shoes, I was there for two nights and she never came, food is very limited if you are not a fan of chicken you won’t have much to eat, drinks are very limited as well and the staff are very rude , I saw a foreign lady yelling to the hotel director in the middle of the lobby, complaining about the hotel service, also the elevator doesn’t work only one near the lobby, I had been in others hotels in Saidia but this was the worse experience I ever had, the bell hop guys are the more professional in the entire hotel, I feel like I threw my money away going to this hotel, to the point I don’t even want to remember the name of it, very disappointed. Bd aware the hotel doesn’t look in reality like it does look in pictures, very small areas and pools , animation is horrible , I don’t know if the management of the hotel that I’m they don’t care or is the staff that are not well oriented. "
