« Went through 5 rooms before agreeing on 1. Hair in the sheets. Bugs in shower. Water puddle in middle of 1 room. Family/owners staying at property l. Slamming doors all throughout the day.!!cleaning all rooms with same old swiffer! No mop and fresh water. Wouldn’t recommend! Stay away! »

« Rooms were newly remodeled & spotless! Parking was fine. It is located out by itself. The pool was closed due to remodeling. The Continental breakfast was makeshift & cold items only due to remodeling. The ice machine did not have any ice & TV did not work. We did not ask for assistance as it was late & not crucial to us. Staff was pleasant & helpful. It should be a 5 star experience once everything is compleyed. 7/25/2026 »

« Outstanding discovery! Nestled in a very quiet and peaceful historic neighborhood, we felt very secure. The breakfast buffet was more than just your average hotel buffet, and included table service for all but the food line. They also had a very good restaurant / pub on site. Enjoyed reading the history of the property. This will be our go to lodging when we are in the area. »

« A lovely place to stay, very clean, with a variety of activities and things to do on the premises. It was an incredible experience to stay in a room and be part of history. Very clean, with horseback riding, ponds, and other animals to see. The staff was extremely friendly, and the facility was spotless. »

« The staff was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the entire building smells like smoke. The halls and inside our guest room, sheets, towels. Everything was embedded with it. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke this isn’t the best option. Also the walls were super thin, lots of noise. I hate to leave negative notes, but for health reasons some of you might need this info. »
