This is probably the nicest hotel that i have stayed at in the world. Beautiful and so many details. Not cheap at all, but you get what you pay for and i will be back.

service is exceptional; restaurants are outstanding; rooms are large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need; It is close to all other hotels and casinos (even connected to some) yet a nice quiet oasis to come home to. Would highly recommend it.

The Mandarin Oriental Macau is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in all my travels. From the moment you arrive at the lobby door till the moment you step out after check out, you are treated with so much hospitality and a lot of welcoming smiles. The room was immaculate, tons of amenities and a great mini bar. Pool is very nice to lounge around on a hot day. Would absolutely recommend the Mandarin Oriental to anyone.

Everything was absolutely perfect

This hotel is superb. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to check in earlier and we were allowed an extra couple of hours to check out. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Appreciated the free shuttle bus from/to the ferry port.

I love the vibe in the hotel!! It makes me younger!! And the staff is spectacularly helpful and friendly. Chris showed me the special promotions that I would never know. Excellent staff!! 🌟🌟

Clean and quite room, extremely friendly staff, great restaurant and great location.

nothing to dislike. Was given an upgrade to a room overlooking Effiel Tower when asked.
