Clean place. Near shopping & dinning. Recommended. Only issue was road noise as it is on a busy highway but this did not bother us during our stay.

Excellent price. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and gracious. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Check in and check out was a breeze. Only thing that could have been better was an on site restaurant. But for the price we got more than we expected

This property is very clean. Check-in went smoothly, but be prepared to bring a photo ID that will be copied. We liked the door code versus having to manage a key, and the room was well-appointed with had a spotless, organized kitchenette If we had any complaints it was that we were on the ground floor and the person above had very heavy footsteps and seemed to be pacing. It literally kept us awake. Get a second floor room if you can manage stairs.

The property has been amazing. Super clean, staff is amazing, and love the fact that you can cook in the room. The only downside is the road noise but the tradeoff of such great facilities, is well worth it. We will absolutely stay here again!

Nice place, convenient location for our needs. Staff was very nice and accommodating. A little noisy, though. We could clearly hear the neighbors, especially the loud ones.

Loud - unable to get to sleep until after midnight
My room was clean and the staff is always so nice when I stay here. However, the other customers were very inconsiderate of those on the 1st floor and sounded like they were rearranging furniture and pacing on the 2nd floor until late into the night on Wednesday night.

This is a renovated property, but it is right on the street, and an old-style motel. Room doors open immediately to the outside, and flies get in. We borrowed a fly swatter from the desk, but still it was a problem for us. Desk hours are limited. We would not stay there again.

Jonathan - Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the insect issue, we our replacing our outdoor lighting system with anti-bug lamps to make our summer nights by the lake more comfortable. Our staff is just one phone call away from attending to our late night arrivals. Most of our guest let us know in advance if they have special requirements - for those that cannot, we hope to have our new keyless self-check-in system operational by late fall. Again, thank you for the information you provided to us.

The stay was nice, but our room was not completely ready at our arrival. The only issue I had was the outside bugs being attracted to the outside bright light fixture. The bugs were all on the door and on the ground in the walkway of the hotel room entrance. Several of the bugs had made their their way inside the hotel room. The hotel does have plans to resolve this issue. And, I do like the fact that the hotel is well lit at night. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. I love that this hotel has a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator coupled with it being surrounded by a beautiful Reservoir/ Lake. I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again!

What was unique and great about the room was the wooden floors and that both the living area and restroom were brightly lit. The accommodations were excellent -- the full-sized refrigerator and two-burner stove allowed us to prepare our own breakfast each morning and tea at night. The only drawback was the brightly lit entryway which attracted flies at night which was a nuisance when attempting to enter the room. To deal with this concern, we purchased Zevo which worked very well. Overall, the staff was super friendly, we would definitely consider staying here again when in the area and would recommend the property to others.

For the place being newly renovated, they should have checked items. The bathroom door will not latch closed, the barrel of door not match the catch on door jam. Also, it looks like the cleaning staff may have used the towel bar for balance to clean the window in bathroom, allowing it to nearly fall off wall, had died bugs at window seal.

This had a full kitchen, which was great with all we needed to make a full meal and a full fridge to put leftovers. The facilities were bright and clean. Open the front door and look at the lake!

The hotel was new and well maintained. Everything in the room was convenient from the large refrigerator to the equipped kitchen to the multiple modern plugs. The front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I cant believe how beautiful & accommodating
Absolutely incredible! I cant even say enough good things! We stayed for the Spring National MX Race. Room was like brand new! Immaculate room! Kitchen area with everything youd need. Fridge, stove top, microwave, beautiful countertops and backsplash! Too much to say! DEFINITELY will be staying again. Honestly, they need to charge way more for those rooms. And Dena at the front was amazing! Super helpful, kind, and even shipped an umbrella we left to us. Oh yeah... and you can do your laundry for free there! Literally, awesome!
