First Class Hotel in Maastrict Centrum
The Hotel and Restaurant Staff were Amazing, they were very Friendly Helpful and Polite, I would recommend this Hotel to all

The location is hard to beat, but the elevator smelled terrible, the rooms were small, the bathrooms small, the beds were ok but not great for couples.the hallway also had the vague smell of urinal cake. Also, avoid the hotel breakfast at all costs.

Nice location
The hotel is in a great location. Room was small and a bit loud from the street noise. It worked out well and I would stay again.

Irresponsibility and dishonesty
We were freezing in the room without heating.Actualy there is no 24 hours front desk service.The waiter ,on the ground floor,Mr. Quito was so rude and mean to me . I felt very uncomfortable!

Great location in center of town
Superb staff, nice restaurant right in the hotel. Great location on one of the main squares of the city. Room was small, but manageable. Good breakfast.

Great location. The hotel is above a cafe and close to a late night bar, if your a light sleeper look elswhere. I yhink the hotel is good value if your on a budget.

Chique hotel with an atmosphere
I spent 5 nights in a room from the "comfort room" category. The room was big enough, and had a wonderful view of the market square. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and all the staff where very friendly. I would defintly stay again and I whole heartdly recommend the place.

Nice hotel close in the heart of Maastricht
This hotel is in the heart of the city on one of the big squares (Markt) the other one (Vrijthof) minutes walk away and the rest of the old city center in between and around. Although it is located above a bar and there are many other bars around it was very quite at night and they serve a nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly and quick with check-in/check-out even though they had to attend to the bar.

Enjoyable stay
Right on the main square and close to the river. The hotel is part of a restaurant/cafe so lots of mmovement but check in/out was easy. Payment is cash or card, no prference on their part. A good buffet breakfast IS included in the price. Taxi from train staion was 10 Euros, later found it was easy to walk, but a hassle lugging suitcases. A large mall about 100 yards away with a good super.

Very noisy in the evening
The place is extremely noisy especially in the weekends. It is placed above bars so those who have a problem with noise should better stay away. It seems that there is no proper insulation with the other rooms either. The location is central but still noisy in the evening. The room was ok but overall the hotel is overpriced for what it offers.

Cheap, comfortable and a wonderful location.
Wonderful hotel, but lacking air conditioning, hence very uncomfortable during a spell of hot weather. But would definitely stay there again.

good but noisy
The stay was ok, I checked in without problems. Room was ready and quite clean except toilet (toilet was clean only from visual look, but if you look closer there was a lot of mold and dirty inside). Breakfast was really good and tasty (bacon with eggs :) ) so no problems here as well. Hotel service was good although rooms are rather small and there is a lot of noise all the time, from street, from bar downstairs, from everything else, i had impression that windows only enhance thouse sounds instead of block them :) But i was tired after whole day so I didnt have problems with sleeping.

Great location
I was in Maastricht for one of the André Riue concerts at Vrijthof Square, and finding a room in Maastricht is not easy at that time. The hotel location was perfect, right on the Market (Markt) square, just 5 mins away; and it is only 15 mins walk to the station (although I took extra time to visit shops). The hotel's ground floor is a busy restaurant. The room I had was right at the top (4th floor), and was quite small - but it was all I needed. Breakfast was fine, and it was very nice sitting outside on a quiet (Sunday) morning. The only problem was the heat - it was a particularly hot, sticky weekend, and being at the top of the hotel and with no air conditioning, the room was VERY hot. But since I only wanted a bed for the night and a shower, in central Maastricht, I was satisfied. The concert was fantastic, and my whole one-day visit to Maastricht very enjoyable - it is a lovely historical city. I want to visit again soon!

Great Location..no frills...needs a better sign
This hotel was in a great location but it is hard to find especially arriving after dark due to poor signage. The hotel had a very easy check in with a nice and helpful young man who spoke good English. The hotel breakfast was adequate and we ate outside in the sidewalk cafe. Rooms are small but comfortable enough to allow a night sleep.

A Must Stay Place in Maastrict
Outstanding hotel in a perfect location. If you are looking for a Hyatt, this isn't it, but if you want to be in a perfect location to enjoy the local sites, this place is a 5 star. Rooms are on the small side for Americans, but typical of European Hotels. Includes lovely full breakfast. Elevator. Secure.

Good money for the value with free wifi, warm breakfast included, nice staff , tiny but clean rooms, and centrally located budget hotel. It's becoming a spot of choice when I visit Maastricht.

The hotel was very good, location excellent, easy to find. we had a great view from our window of the City Hall and Markt. Breakfast was excellent but they did run out of some things. Staff was very helpful and would surely have dealt with the missing breakfast items had we asked. Definitely recommend it.

Leider uberzeugt hier nur die lage des Hotels. Service und Sauberkeit schlecht. Die Matratzen sind alt, weich und durchgelegen, man spűrt jede Feder im Rűcken!

Bem localizado.
O hotel fica super bem localizado, em cima de um café. Foi um pouco confuso pra achar, mas deu tudo certo. Pelo site do Hotels.com, o quarto tinha cofre e ar. Mas ao falarmos com o hotel, eles disseram que era algum erro, pois nenhum quarto tem essa infra.

Centraal gelegen op de Markt in Maastricht. Ruime kamer met zicht op de markt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Helaas geen ventilator of airconditioning ondanks dat dit wel beschreven staat in de specificaties. Daardoor erg warm. Sanitair bij aankomst niet geheel schoon. Ontbijt prima.
