It was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck w/coffee in the early morning peacefulness. Checking in and out was convenient and Petra was very responsive with any of our questions. We also enjoyed being able to go for walk in the surrounding neighborhood with beautiful views of Lyons and the foothills or walk to downtown, the river or Moxie Bread for a treat. There's plenty of room, and the unit is well equipped and comfortable. Parking was easy. This unit is the entire basement of a very nice home with another rental unit upstairs. It was a solo trip but there would have been plenty of room to share with someone else. Petra was very communicative before my arrival. During my stay, Matt was attentive when I contacted him. Note: if others are staying in the attached house, you may be able to hear their voices and footsteps. However, this was only during the day. Petra & Matt really emphasize quiet hours in the evening, so sleep was very peaceful.
