Situé dans un quartier avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants, entre deux stations de métro, Foch et Masséna (250m). Boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble, proche des chocolatiers-pâtissiers Bernachon et Tourtiller, des halls Paul Bocuse, de la Part Dieu, centre ferroviaire et commercial et du Parc de la Tête d'Or. L'appartement est doté d'un chauffage central et d'une climatisation mobile, de doubles vitrages aux fenêtres avec volets et rideaux. Wi Fi, télévision Orange, Canal+ Séries. First of all, it is in the 6th arrondissement, which is very convenient for getting to any major attraction in the city and close to the metro for getting to the train or tram stations. It is a large apartment and we enjoyed the luxury of it as well as the comfort it afforded us. The apartment is very comfortable, very well appointed and very clean. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The beds are both very comfortable. The kitchen is perfect - coffee maker (expresso and American), tea pot, stove and cook top, full size fridge, dish washer, washer and dryer! They also had a roaster and microwave. You can see that the hosts have put a lot of thought into making sure their guests would feel comfortable and right at home. Pascal, the concierge, welcomed us when we arrived and went over all the workings of the apartment with us. He also gave us suggestions for restaurants, his favorite local sites and and the open air market where we could get the favorite cheese Äbondance." And he carried our bags up the stairs when we checked in and down the stairs when we checked out! Martime also was very attentive to our needs and was very responsive and helpful from the time we booked the apartment until we left. She even allowed us to check out late, given our connecting train did not leave Lyon until 1400.I highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Lyon. The details of the architecture and fireplaces give it a lot of character. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked.The location could not have been better on the first weekend of spring! It was easy to walk to the Parc de la Tête d'Or, which is beautiful. It's also close to the river and we loved running along the river path. This was a wonderful weekend in a city that feels like mini-Paris. The bakery next door had the best chocolate croissants I've ever had, and everything about the VRBO experience was smooth and easy. ##### Jessica G.
