I thought it being closer to the airport would be a less expensive fare but I had to pay €40 on a 14 mile trip. The spa is very nice but the staff didn't inform me I could go into the sauna until I asked about later on. I paid for a foot massage very good worth the price but I also paid for a manicure it wasn't worth the price it was mainly massaging my hands versus trimming my nails. In my room was very clean but the carpet seemed to be heavily stained with dark spots all over. The area surrounding the hotel is all industrial if you're interested in staying longer it's best to have a vehicle. I found the restaurant & bar very expensive and not worth the price the only thing I liked was the breakfast buffet everything else in the restaurant wasn't as appealing. I'd spent way less on french cuisine and received the best food especially in a city known for Gourmet cooking. The waiters were very friendly but I do wish that I could replace a dish if I don't like it or the waiters be more descriptive on dishes to help give the guest the best option for their taste buds. The arcade is non-existent but their is plenty of activities which I'd enjoyed. The satellite TV has many channels that are unavailable and for it on satellite you'd expect a ton of channels but theirs only a had full. The funny thing is I get more channels at home and it's on an antenna, over the air broadcast.

As far as taxi fares are concerned, there's nothing we can do - we don't set them. Concerning the stains on the carpets, they are indeed old and do not wash out because of their age. We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always reliable. Plenty of parking, the hotel and room is clean and the rooms are a good size. You must plan to eat before you arrive. The food available in the restaurant is ok but you should plan to eat elsewhere if you’d like a good meal.

Really the worst experience ever. We really book the hotel for two reasons, one it had a shuttle to the airport ( we had a lot of baggage) and because it had a restaurant. We checked in and we wanted to book the transfer for our AM flight, they told they had no shuttle, that he will let his manager know for the next day. Remember in France the cars are really small, we had a snowboard and 3 bags, there are no XL Ubers. Second they told us that the restaurant was closed so I had to call to deliver some burgers at the hotel ( the only thing near that was open.) Next day I checked out and I ask for the transfer, she told it was no transfer and that I will ask for a Uber , I explained the situation of the Ubers, no XL Ubers. Lastly she told that a colleague will take us to the airport but the person was not there, no way I would get the airport on time. Lastly I ask for an Uber, the biggest car that I could book ( a sedan for 4 doors) and beg the guy to drive us, he told me could he get a penalty fee, we could barely fit in the car. Additional the staff don’t speak English at all, neither understand.

Dwight Shrute's farm experience. COLD ROOM.
Standard, clean room, exceptionally quite location near airport and hustle free parking. The problem was the temperature of the room. It was COLD. We called the reception but they did not solve anything, they came and simply, and now read carefully, turned the heating OFF. We let it like this for a while just to make sure they know what to do, but no. The room was still chilly. We then put the heaters to max and let it like that. Room still cold. Very frustrating experience, we had to sleep with clothes on!!! Incredible. Another thing, we had only one cup for coffee, no slippers, no bathrobes etc. I know maybe I'm comparing this to a better hotels but with such a barebones room like this one, one would expect at least something to compensate. This stay was claimed by the free night program from hotels.com, if I would be paying with my money for this, i would be much much louder and much more frustrated. Thankfully we are moving to a different hotel tonight because this was simply not up to our expectations. This felt like a staying in a Dwight's Shrutes farm, but without Dwight and way less fun.
