Spacious rooms. Mattresses are firm Toilet and Shower are separated. Well equipped kitchen. May be a bit noisy on lower floors on late night as there are many restaurants at street level and night life is well alive. Staff really friendly.

Night concierge is a superstar!!
The apartments were perfect for our RWC2023 weekend. The night concierge on arrival was an utter hero and gentleman and his help was first class. I am very glad I have booked another trip in two weeks for our second game of the tournament.

Our apartment was perfect for what we needed, as it had a small kitchen, and even a small dishwasher. The location was amazing, literally right beside loads of restaurants, only a few mins to a Hop on, Hop off bus stop, steps away from the river for a boat tour, and easily walkable to the historic old town and new town. With tea, coffee and water available in the lobby. Couldn't fault.

This was an amazing property to visit. The rooms themselves were wonderful. But the area was slightly sketchy. The streets around the hotel smelled pretty bad (which is pretty typical of big cities in France). The washer and dryer were pretty expensive to use (a second party app needed). Other than that, it was a great experience.

Worth a stay
Standard nice European hotel room. Bed was a bit stiff and a small bathroom, but it had everything we needed and was reasonably spacious. The location was fantastic and the noise was low despite being in a very active area. I would certainly stay there again

Location was perfect and apartment very comfortable. Would recommend this part of Lyon as close to excellent restaurants (bouchons), Old Town, river, etc. Also, kitchen was excellent. Fine equipment and all you need for modest meals. Everything was very clean. Internet worked all the time. Staff was always helpful. Coffee and tea available in lobby 24//7 Price was very very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable rooms in a fabulous location. Since we stayed in Lyon for a week, we enjoyed having a small kitchen in our room. We had many friends and family coming into town at different times for my son’s wedding celebration. Citadines had a variety of room options for our guests to choose. The location made this a perfect base of operation for exploring Lyon and the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and helpful; speaking excellent English for this mostly non-French speaking group. I wouldn’t call it luxurious, but it was a great value for the money and perfect for our needs.

Clean and basic rooms. Very good location in the city. However, my room did not have air conditioning and I had to open the windows to keep cool. With the open windows, the street noise made it difficult to sleep. No maid service either.

Its safe, convenient location is perfect, in the midst of the historic district where tourists can walk to many sites and have dozens of good shops, restaurants, and cafes at hand. It's also great for researchers and business people, who have easy access to the whole city. Despite its central, lively location the hotel is completely quiet--no street noise despite many restaurant and cafe terraces nearby, frequented mostly by young people. Breakfast is the only meal served in-house, and the rooms aren't serviced unless you ask, presumably because it's an "apart-hotel" where guests are expected to fend for themselves. My only reservation is that the first room I booked, a deluxe one where I stayed for 3 nights, had a very hard, tufted mattress. I left Lyon and came back a few days later to a standard room with a much more comfortable bed. There was almost no difference between the standard and deluxe rooms except that the latter looked onto a drab city courtyard rather than the street, and had a Nespresso-style coffee maker (with only two non-brand-name coffee capsules supplied) rather than a standard coffee maker and no coffee at all. The hotel's self-service laundry is clean and practical. Between stays in Lyon (I was away for only 3 days), I was able to leave my large, heavy suitcase in the hotel storage locker free of charge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd gladly stay here again.

GREAT service, location and room!
Big and clean room with kitchen facilitates. Very kind of the hotel to let us have EARLY check in (10:00am)! It is really a nice surprise for us. Great location, we can just explore Lyon beautiful city by walk.
