The property offers magnificent outdoor spaces including a large garden of over 2,000 m², a large 12.3 m x 5 m swimming pool (unheated) with garden furniture and deckchairs, and a pool house equipped with a summer kitchen with a plancha grill and a dining area, perfect for sharing convivial moments with family or friends.  
  
The house includes a bright living/dining room area, full of charm with its exposed stones and beams.   
You can enjoy a 4K HD TV for your moments of relaxation!  
  
The kitchen is equipped for your comfort: piano/gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils, dining table...  
  
You will have 3 bedrooms with double beds:  
The first bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with shower, as well as an office space. (140cm bed)  
The second also has storage space, with direct access to a balcony/terrace. (140 cm bed)  
The third also has an office space and access to the balcony/terrace as well. (150cm bed)  
  
The second and third bedrooms are close to a second, modern and functional bathroom with bathtub.  
  
The thick walls of the house guarantee a cool space inside!
