Hair everywhere when we got to the room, in the bathtub, sink, all over the bathroom floor. It was clear that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. When brought to the attention of the front desk, was told, “that’s gross, I’ll have the manager call you.” Four days later and still waiting for that phone call. We were given extra towels, which we used to cover the entire floor. I would not stay here again.

Room was gross, walls were dripping with something. Beds were stained and stunk, found a zynn pouch under the mattress. Bathroom was far from clean. The hotel also refused to give us a refund. Had spent another 200 bucks to move across the street.
