It was hard to communicate in english but for the most part things were okay . As for the cleanliness , the couches were not clean , the mattress was very hard to sleep on and there were no iron board , iron or hair dryer (we had to ask for them). The place is surrounded by construction , we could hear some noise on the third floor. The road was mostly closed due to construction so we had to find a path around the hotel to take the high way. Lusail city is very beautiful .there are a-lot of land marks and food options . Man hat riesige Zimmer mit einem schönen Ausblick, und einen eigenen, sehr angenehmen Strand. Die Gegend befindet sich gerade im Aufbau, mich persönlich hat das aber nicht weiter gestört. Um ehrlich zu sein, hatte ich bei den schlechten Bewertungen Sorge. Diese haben sich aber überhaupt nicht bestätigt, insbesondere wenn man auf Preis und Leistung schaut. Alles war sauber. Eine Kaution musste ich nicht zahlen, bei technischen Problemen kam auch jemand binnen 10 Minuten. Es hat alles gut funktioniert, das Personal war überaus freundlich und es gab nicht die beschriebenen Probleme. Gibt es bessere 4 Sterne Hotels? Mit Sicherheit, aber für den Preis nicht.
