I sincerely apologize we did not meet your expectations during your stay. We unfortunately do not have any jacuzzi baths in guest rooms, but we have an exceptional one outdoors. I understand how frustrating it can be to expect something listed online but not have it available. I researched the matter and couldn't find an online listing with Jacuzzi rooms in our guest rooms, but I will be sure to contact the third party networks to see if there are any errors listed again. As a preventative measure we had our pest control come and and proceed with an additional service on property. Thank you for bringing it to our attention so we could correct the matter immediately. We appreciate your time and comments as they help us become a better team and business. I hope in the future you will consider staying with us again so we can exceed all your expectations on your next visit to town.

We researched these matter with Maintenance and due to the heat advisory at the time in Texas, the water was having trouble from the external forces keeping a lower temperature. We are researching how to prevent this from happening again in the future. The air conditioner has since been replaced in the room to prevent it from happening again and we are checking all AC units at this time. I understand how frustrating it can be for that amenity to not function properly as expected and I hope you will accept our apology. We hope you will consider staying with us again so we can exceed your expectations on your next visit.
