I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay here. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of items. Service staff was unbelievably professional and helpful. Not to mention the most gorgeous mall directly across the street. If my travels ever find me in Lucknow again, I will 100% stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very polite and helpful, the whole hotel was very clean, the location was very good. The wifi in the room was reliable. The room service was always very quick. There is a very good all-you-can-eat grill restaurant on the roof and another menu restaurant off the lobby.

The staff in the Taj Club and the breakfast restaurant Machan were outstanding.
The hotel had some bugs to be worked out still (our shower needed some maintenance to increase the pressure) but staff got it sorted out right away.
