Lovely Place,Antonella my host was brilliant and so helpfull. unfortunatly the steak house up the road was closed by the time I finally ventured out that evening but there are other places further towards the town where you can get stuff. good breakfast with a vast choice. short drive to Pisa aswell which is then easy to get onto the coastroad south.

Warm but nice stay
Cozy place a bit outside the city centre. The host provided us with bicycles which were an easy way to get to and around central Lucca. Lovely homecooked breakfast and host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We came in the midst of a heatwave so the lack of air-conditioning was a big bummer. We were also plagued by mosquitos. Also the refrigerator wasn’t working that well.

Villa sunrise is old home and some days during the year it would be warm also if all in Italy is warm this year. We bought for moquitos the ultrasonic repellent and new refrigerator. Eduardo and his mum and very welcoming and helpful. The place is sparkling clean. The room is comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast was very nice and made freshly.

Great value for money!
Nice and big bedroom and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Host was very helpful and kind. We would stay again. A short 10 minute drive to old town.

Amazing stay in Lucca and thank you Edoardo !
Amazing stay at Villa sunrise. Edoardo was really nice and gave us great recommendations on what to see in Lucca. The room was very spacious. The B&B is located a bit outside but easily reachable by car and Edoardo gave us great tips on where to park near Lucca. The room was vers spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Villa Sunrise.

A hidden gem.
Excellent value. Property difficult to find but Edoardo came out to guide us to the house. Stylish room and everything we needed and more. Breakfast well served and better than we expected. They make that extra effort to make your stay a comfortable one. Would have preferred a room with a door on the loo! Suggest Hotels.com include accurate way of finding the property. Satnav took us to the wrong place.

Quiet in the Tuscan countryside.
A very peaceful place to stay, with an outlook to the hills, but quite close to Lucca (5 minutes away). The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. Very relaxing!

Perfect little B&B
This was my favorite place I've stayed so far in Italy, ranging from hostels to Hiltons to airBnBs. The place is clean and the breakfast was thoughtful. I took advantage of the bikes offered and loved riding into the main part of town, I also liked that it allowed me to see a part of Lucca I may have missed had I stayed within the city walls.

Charmante chambre très propre dans une jolie maison. Accueil chaleureux et excellent petit déjeuner. Séjour agréable d’une nuit à proximité du centre historique de Lucques.

Buongiorno grazie per la sua recensione. La casa è del 1930 non è vecchia e trovo inappropiata la sua definizione come aggettivo. Ha prenotato la camera n 5 la Basic probabilmente attratta dal prezzo. Si evince dal prezzo dalle foto e dalle altre recensioni che descrivono bene cosa si va a prenotare. La nostra è stata una voglia di "recuperare " una casa del 1930 adattandola alle esigenze di oggi. Comprendo che non tutti hanno la sottigliezza di capire ciò. Alle spalle ci sono persone bollette affitti tasse e tanta voglia di offrire un prodotto turistico made in italy che spesso viene apprezzato da ospiti stranieri ahimè non dagli italiani Cordialmente Antonella e Giacomo

Aunque está en las afueras de Lucca, es un área segura y tranquila. Si tienes carro es importante ya que muchos hoteles del área requieren estacionarse en las cercanías. El host Giacomo es cordial.

Bella struttura poco al di fuori di Lucca, un po' scomoda per chi non ha la macchina, vista anche la scarsità di taxi presenti in città, offre però un servizio impeccabile. La signora Antonella gentilissima, molto attenta all'ospite e a tutte le sue esigenze, si era resa disponibile a venirmi a prendere all'arrivo e mi ha anche riaccompagnato in stazione per prendere il treno del ritorno. Colazione ottima fatta in casa. La consiglio vivamente a chi va in vacanza a Lucca e vuole un soggiorno di pace e relax.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Fantastica la possibilità di scegliere che cosa mangiare a colazione e anche il bollitore in camera. Solo il letto è da 190 cm. Per ilredto tutto ottimo!

Quando si recensisce una struttura occorre sempre pensare a quanto si è speso e alla tipologia di struttura. A mio parere c’è un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, gestito da una persona giovane in maniera egregia. Già sol per questo la consiglierei.
