The cottage had all new kitchen appliances and TV while maintaining its original classic Maine cottage character. The property was expansive with wonderful views of the marshland, tidal river and ocean. Easily accessible to downtown Lubec, West Quoddy Light and Park, and the many trails of the Cobscook properties. We highly recommend staying here."

"Perfect combination of feeling like a guest and also quiet retreat free to do as I like on my own. Good to have Carla’s contact info on the backboard on the porch in case door code didn’t work. Not a problem for me, but could have been! Really appreciated fully stocked kitchen!! Enjoyed cooking most meals during 2 week stay. Already looking forward to next year!!"
