Welcome to Harmony Home in the Heart of Lubbock! Centrally located within walking distance of The Medical District/Maxey Park, and a 5-minute drive to Texas Tech, Tech Terrace, Dining, and Shopping. Sleeps up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms including 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and rollaway. The living room and all bedrooms include a smart TV. Plenty of parking is available including a 5-car driveway and a carport in the rear. Harmony Home is Wheelchair Accessible with ramp, large doorways, and wheelchair accessible shower. Great home for entertaining!

Home Space:
Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. The kids bonus room has a single bed along with an optional rollaway bed. The bathrooms have fresh towels and toiletries including shampoo and body wash. Extra blankets, linens, and towels are also provided.

The kitchen is designed with a granite countertop and equipped with everything you will need to prepare a homemade meal - refrigerator, microwave, cook top/oven, and coffee pot! On hand are dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, pots & pans, hand towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, waters, and snacks. The dining room seats 4 with extra chairs to provide plenty of seating options.

A laundry room is included with full size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Outdoor Space:
Relax on the patio in the backyard with a cup of coffee or hot tea with a pet friendly privacy fence, large patio, and BBQ grill.

There's plenty of parking on the property either the front driveway, on the street, or in the covered carport accessed from the alley, and even sufficient space to park an RV next to the carport if needed.
