Great stay, we stayed in a King Bed, pullout couch. No complaints there. Only issue was the valet caused a minor damage to our rear bumper, but the company let us know they would take care of it.

Riverside Inn & Suites Santa Cruz
Room carpet is so dirty its sticky. Walking around with socks or barefoot turned the bottom of our feet black. We had some people next door who seemed to be living long term in their room, and were playing music past quiet hours. We had to call front desk to ask them to stop playing music so ...

Fern River Resort
The area was nice. The cabinets were a little old and they need renovation. We had a good time. Just be aware that the Cabin ms are a little bit outdated.
