"The accommodations were great! The space was clean and well cared for. The pool was well maintained. My only disappointment was that we were unable to launch our boat on the property ramp. It was too mucky and not deep enough even at high tide. Fortunately, there were many boat ramp alternatives in the area and we were able to launch from the blimp road ramp or the little torch key ramp. Sugar loaf marina is 20 to launch and the local ramp is 10. Plenty of space to park our boat and trailer every day."

"This location was perfect for what my husband and I needed. We brought our boat and were able to use the dock throughout our stay. We did have an issue with the AC system and Jennifer was great by putting us into another one of their units overnight until our units AC was fixed the next day. This will definitely be a spot we use again in the future."
