"The condo was very small, but fine for two people. The kitchen and bath were updated and very nice. Carpeting needs to go away. And the furnishings are in bad need of updating. We loved the balcony. It was so spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Headboard is the wrong size. Our property manager, Melanie, was so helpful and was quick to return our calls. Thank you! We love the Truman Annex and always stay there. This was our first time in the Shipyard Condos. We enjoyed it very much."

"Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us."

"We love staying in the Shipyard and find it a fantastic location. This property was the best unit we’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with awesome decor. "We absolutely loved 1800 Atlantic and our unit. Everything was so well kept and the unit was spacious and super comfortable. The amenities at this complex were fantastic - great pool, hot tub area. It even had a work out room and a game room/ ping pong table. It has a small man made beach and awesome ocean access. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was also great and professional and there’s a concierge service we used as well. We will be back!"

"We rented the Condo at Shipyard because of the walkability factor. It was cozy and sufficient for a 1 week stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. We came to Key West to purchase a house, which we did, so we are now on our way to becoming Freshwater Conch's. I texted with Melanie and communication with her was great. So nice! "Nice spot away from the crowd but close enough to walk/scoot/bike to. If you plan on parking its first come first serve and not a lot of room for vehicles in the gravel driveway. Maybe 5 cars max if guests know how to park efficiently. If not then youll have to scout the street for a spare spot. I rented a scooter so no issue for finding parking in the driveway. "The penthouse was even more beautiful in person than shown in the photos! The view of the water was amazing, and there was plenty of space inside and on the (huge) balcony for me and my family to relax. "We could not have been any happier with our rental. The home is so very clean, well decorated and well stocked. Every appliance and utensil you could ever wish for, was at our disposal. All the cabinets were stocked with things that we never would have thought were going to be there. They had every from spices to Band-Aids and even aloe vera for when we got sun burnt, lol. The bikes and kayaks and kayak dollies to get them to the water were greatly appreciated. The gas grill was also great to have. I don't think that the pictures showed the home as nice as it was. The grounds were kept amazing with lots of lush plants, trees and flowers. We will be wanting to go back and make this a regular vacation in the future. Thank you so very much for opening your home to us."
