PLEASE NOTE- parking directly in front of the garage will not be allowed as it may block neighbors from the shared driveway. HOUSE RULES: No Smoking on the premises including patios (additional cleaning fees will be applied). No large events or parties are allowed at our home with our prior consent. The home is monitored with noise monitoring devices that will automatically notify you if you and your guests are over the allowable noise level. This is a family neighborhood in which we request full privacy and respect for our neighbors is required. Any violation can result in additional fees. We encourage a fun and hospitable escape for our guests but please be respectful of all! We had no place to stay and the host was apologetic but not helpful in finding a replacement or offering any sort of compensation for the mix-up. It was a disaster.
