Relaxing

We went to a wedding and this was a nice place to relax. If we needed something Tiffani, who lives in attached house, was right on it — very pleased and would be happy to use again. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

Most charming suite!!!

The suite was immaculate, I really appreciated the special guest touches such as shampoo, conditioner lotions and especially the fluffy bathrobe. The bed was heavenly and was the perfect size for me. I felt safe and secure, everything worked, there was even popcorn and granola bars for a late night treat. This was my first experience using Vrbo, I couldn’t have been more pleased! Julie I.

Neat & Clean

I booked this property for my parents, who are in their 80’s. They enjoyed their stay very much. The bed was comfortable and they loved watching the chickens and duck. They did share some things that they missed. There wasn’t any coffee or washcloths. They also mentioned that they could have used an extra blanket.

Smallish; ideal for one. Safe. Secure. Quiet. Comfortable. Tiffani was almost instantly accessible by message. Room was emaculate. Good lighting. Huge shower (could use bathmat; a bit slick). TV watching from bed. It feels like this was planned and accessorized with care and an eye for quality (example: Fairtrade coffee beans). Big microwave and frig. Used Mr. Coffee for hot water for tea. Lots of towels. Plenty of closet space. Good wifi. Plenty of outlets (phone, laptop, etc). Cons: No decaf. No real counter space for food prep. I'd stay again but take a small cutting board (for assembling, not preparing), kettle, Kleenex and a tea towel. Also no drawers for clothes so lived out of suitcase. But overall it was very comfortable and more than enough. Tiffani's responsiveness to questions was one reason why. Enjoyed the stay.

As described

Simple room, check in easy. The only issue is the bed. If fits in an alcove, so everyone sleeps on the same side of the bed. So it has a dip in it. Should be flipped, or replaced.

Perfect stay for our wedding week!!

My husband and I recently moved from CO to TN this summer, but our wedding was already booked 1.5 years in advance at a venue in Loveland for October 5th. Of course, this meant we now needed a place to stay for the week of our wedding and we found this adorable little suite. Tiffani was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and very generous. She got us a gift card to her favorite local coffee shop and even offered help in any way on the day of our wedding! The place was clean, private, easy to find, easy to get into, and close to everything. As people who really love animals, our favorite part was hearing the hens and ducks outside in their backyard all cackling with each other. It was such a sweet part of it for us! :) We highly recommend Tiffani's place and we will 100% stay here if we are ever back in Loveland!

If you are looking for a place just to lay your head and sleep then this will work. It didn’t come with a normal size trash can which was extremely annoying. There is no way to turn the temperature up or down so it got hot in there. It takes about 15 minutes for hot water to turn on and even then it didn’t want to get hot at the sink in the bathroom. They must own a dog because you can hear it walking around and barking here and there. Lastly, after being out hiking all day it’s nice to come back and relax watching tv but the internet was spotty so even trying to watch tv was a chore.

Quick stay

First and foremost, my intention is not to bash the owner. I just expected better based on the listing pictures. When we first arrived, the yard was not kept up. The bushes growing by the door were so overgrown we had to push them aside to enter. The door to the unit was not clean and looked like it had been kicked in. The initial thing we noticed when we walked in was an overwhelming smell of cat urine. It’s a very distinct smell. The bathroom was the nicest room in the unit. They have done a really great job remodeling that area. While the unit shared a heating and cooling system with the main home, the unit was decently cool later in the afternoon. We decided to only stay one night of our 2 night stay. If you’re looking for a place to lay your head and shower, this is it.

Nice but have pets

This was a nice room. However when we got there the area it was located was a little shady. Yard wasn’t well kept and so forth. As soon as we walked in my husband noted it looked as though the door had been kicked in before. Also the inside of the door looks like it’s never cleaned. The room smelled of cat urine. You share a wall and heating/cooling with owner and they have a dog in their residence you can hear. If you have pet allergies this is not the place for you. We could hear the owners through the wall. We contacted the owner about the smell because I have bad allergies and she quickly and politely responded and refunded me. ( she did deny a cat ever being in there, however cat pee is a distinct smell and either coming from that room or the main house). I am not leaving this review to bash the owners because she was kind. But I wish I would have known that there were pets in the main house.
