Directions led to the summer entrance instead of winter entrance, Fecal matter marks in the toilet, hair on the bathroom floor, holes in the bed sheets, furniture very cheap and needing replaced, the shower had mold all around the caulking. But, the view to the river was good with a balcony. I asked to be moved to another room because it was not sufficiently cleaned. I was moved to a room with no balcony. This second room also had hair on the towels and bathroom floor. I took pictures to show the lady who checked me into the room again. Nothing was done about it. The tv remote was covered in dust and dust bunnies in the corners of the room and floor. I did not extend my stay and moved to another hotel the next evening. This must be an entirely different hotel in the summer, because there is NO WAY this is a four star hotel stay.

Off Season

We went in November not knowing that mostly everything closes on October 31. The staff was very nice and the location of the hotel is wonderful. Even though we had to go through the bar/restaurant to enter it was ok. Their dinner is wonderful, not to fond of the breakfast.

El hotel está muy bien conservado y limpieza excelente. En pleno centro aunque eso hace que siempre haya más ruido por la calle, que aunque no es principal tiene una gran afluència de personas

Hotel location was very good for walking to local attractions and dining options and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Property was a bit worn but serviceable. Parking was convenient.

No sé el motivo aún, nos dieron dos habitaciones, una triple (que era lo solicitado) y una de matrimonio. Estaban comunicadas entre ellas, con sus respectivos cuartos de baño, etc. Muy bien. Precios de los desayunos caros. Al lado, cualquier bar, mucho más económico.
