The beds must be replaced. They are too small. The mattresses are worn out and very uncomfortable.

Hotel refuses to acknowledge request for cancellation and refund despite enough notice prior to date of reservation. Due to contracting the Covid-19 and my father’s passing from the same virus, my family couldn’t make the trip and yet I keep getting the same excuse that the manager is not around despite several attempts to contact. How can anyone be this cruel?

It was walking distance to the shrine and to the bus to the city., also to the shopping area. At first I could not find the property as a bus was blocking its name, the breakfast for 7 Euros was pretty good, and for 13 Euros the dinner was ok, it comes with a glass of wine.

When I arrived for checking, they had my magnetic card and name ready for me. It took 1 second. Very helpful, great breakfast and friendly multi-lingual staff. 7 minitues from Lourdes Sanctuary, walking.

Lourdes hotel for a night
The hotel was good, but basic, the parking was a bonus. The room was spacious, but I had two single beds for one person, it was not possible to provide one double bed, that was the only discomfort element, even when I put the two single beds together, it was not the same. However, there was always a bad smell around the lift area in receptions, maybe due to bad drainage, but the room was fine and had no bad smell. Besides that, the hotel served its purpose and only several minutes walk from restaurants and the church area.

Base for a stay in Lourdes
We used this hotel as a base for exploring the Pyrenees on bikes which it was perfect for. Hotel clean, comfortable and maginifcent value for money.

10 MINUTES WALK TO GROTTO
We spent 3 nights. We were given a single room rather than a double room. When I mentioned that to the manager on duty on the first night, we were given a double room on the following day. The second room was spacious, bathroom spacious, bed was comfortable and linen clean. Rooms were cleaned daily

Great hotel with great access to all of Lourdes. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with directions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Practical Choice
For the price that I paid for the hotel, I could not complain. It is a very simple hotel. It is good enough for 1 night stay. I think they should improve on the pillows that they provide because were only given 1 hotdog pillow per bed. The breakfast they provided was a good value for money breakfast.

Pleasant hotel.
The hotel itself is average. Just enough room. Very pleasant staff, always willing to help. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Distance to Lourdes Sanctuary is a good 10 to 15 minute walk. Will probably come back to stay again.

Central to Lourdes main sites
The hotel is situated very close to the Grotto and Churches in Central Lourdes with only a 10 minute walk and very centrally located. The room was beautiful and we were very impressed with it. The bathroom was lovely and the staff on reception very friendly as well. My parents said that the breakfast was fantastic and again the staff were very friendly as well. The wifi was a little temperamental and kept dropping out but would stay here again and good value.

No AC in the room. Terrible
We were 5 couples checking in together. When one of us asking for 2 room keys for him and his wife, the young male staff said that it was not possible. And he said that if the hotel has 50 rooms, and everyone asks for 2 keys, that means he has to prepare 100 keys. So what, young man? Never seen a hotel with 500 rooms?

Would recommend hotel, 20-25 minutes walk to the train station, 5-10 minutes walk to the Sanctuary. Room was clean.

Pity it could be lovely.
Went to support others on pilgrimage. Found no reception person except camera from nearby hotel. Windows could not open due to room clutter wardrobe and lampshade. Brekfast in nearby hotel not here. No shower curtain. Comfortable bed aircondition good. Lift old and slow.
