Great hotel. The Location amazing. Staff very helpful. The food was the best

Inspiring and cozy. Great access to the sanctuary.

Very pleasant stay. All my needs were met. The hotel restaurant provided a buffet breakfast for a surcharge and that was one of the essential needs that made all the difference. The restaurant also provided lunch and supper.

Daria at the desk was so helpful and amazing

I really appreciate the staff as they made our stay extra special. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and the hotel upgraded our room to a king size bed suite with balcony. The room was clean, and with a very spacious space. It has sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is big with his & hers sink, separate tub and shower. The toilet room is separate from the shower/bath tub room. The breakfast is extra 22Euro per person, but it’s worth it because the food selection was good. It has...

Staff are very kind and accommodating, and it was great that we could speak English with some staff. Rooms were clean and well kept. Great location for quickly accessing shops, restaurants and the Sanctuary, all within a 10 minute walk. Only downside - very small bathroom that was somewhat difficult to manoeuvre in at times. But, it has everything you need and got the job done!

Friendly staff.

Merci encore!

Super!

My mom and I took a trip together and spent 2 nights in Lourdes at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived quite early in the morning (9am) and although it was too early to check in the staff offered to hold our luggage and prep a room for us to check in to by noon as opposed to the normal 3pm. The rooms are very clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The hotel is also just a few mins walk to the church and the grotto which was very convenient and has a small...

Convenient close to the train station
