Brand new everything, kitchen , bathroom, large back yard , 2 large bedrooms , en-suite t.v with all the streaming services and the fast WiFi to power it all .

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped - whether you're reheating leftovers or feeling inspired to create the best ever home cooked meal, we've got you covered! It includes a full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster,coffee maker and coffee,pots, pans, plates(for 8) and any utensil you'll need.

THE BEDROOMS can each sleep 2 people. They feature extremely comfortable new mattresses, closet, a chest of drawers and plenty of natural light. The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom features a Full sized bed. If you are more than 4 people, the couch in the Living Room can be used.

THE BATHROOM, comes fully equipped with towels, toilet paper and shower items. The house is completely private.

The central air conditioning system ensures you are always comfortable anywhere in the house, whether it's summer or winter.

The property is equally suited for business or family trips. We made every effort to ensure the house is one of the highlights of your trip!

Would stay again
Overall we would stay there again. Space inside is larger than one would assume by looking at the outside. Beds were super comfy, sheets were soft - couch wasn’t bad either! 😉 Nice walk in shower. Towels were provided but no wash clothes so pack according. Liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided in the shower. The location was convenient for our purpose. Not far from UofL, didn’t have to pay tolls to get into city. Nice restaurants and a DG store nearby. The only downside to the location was the 3 trains that went through and blew whistle Thursday night, but after that it wasn’t an issue. Communicated with host while there, host was quick with reply and helpful!

Overall fine but couple suggestions
There was plenty of room for the size. It would have been nice to have local TV available as well as wash clothes and additional garbage bags. One stool is missing a screw so should repair before someone gets hurt. Location was good for access to downtown but area a little run down. We didn’t experience any problems.

Great place to stay while visiting the area
Perfect for our recent stay for an event in downtown Louisville. Nice sized rooms & layout; liked the updated features. Jonathan was a pleasure to rent from - I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. Good location for getting around locally, with stores & restaurants nearby. I loved the historic building across the street & as a female, I felt quite safe while walking around the area.

A nice small house, very clean with comfy beds and everything we needed. Slightly funky street, quiet and good dog walking area. So close to downtown Louisville wedding and the reception in Jeffersonville. We would stay again.

Nice Property close to KY Bridges
This was a good property for a Christmas week stay. During sub zero weather we never lost power, were very warm inside, and felt safe. My dog was allowed to stay and there was a small yard and nearby areas for her to walk, however not off leash. The house was relatively clean, needed sweeping and fans could have been dusted. The location is close to the low income apartments in Jeffersonville, however we felt safe. Not much of a view as you face the back of the Quartermaster business park, but again not a big issue if you are off sightseeing most of the time. Overall, I would stay here again and thought it was a great place to spend Christmas.
