This tasteful, but cozy, apartment offers a King Bed, beautiful kitchen, streaming services, and all the necessities.
The apartment is luxurious, but the resort pool, hot tub, golf simulator, 7th floor club and patio, free parking, and proximity to 4th Street Live are what truly set this place apart.

Great stay
We were going to The Palace theatre for a concert and the location was perfect. We parked in the garage and walked 2 blocks to The Brown Hotel for drinks and apps, then 1 block to the Palace, and 1 block back to VRBO. Perfect!

Check in is many steps
The condo was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was nice and firm which I liked, but the pillows were horrible. It was like baby socks, stuffed in a case. The check in process requires a lot of steps, including running your hazards to access the unit to get the key fob to go to the parking lot to drag your luggage up a flight and then Down the hallways. We were there for a wedding, so I did not use any of the amenities, but it was well located within the city. We helped people find the parking lot as it’s a little bit more complicated than you would like. That being said the unit was really big for two people so we enjoyed it.
