"I have never wrote a review for a hotel before so that must say something. We has the stay ever. I have stayed at many Best Westerns in the past. This one had a 3rd story, and you could here everything. The people above us were stomping around, back and forth all hours of the night. We were also woken up at 5 AM each morning because of the floor squeaking and the people pacing, it was like an old farm house. Even my kids woke up. Next, the beds had springs that was forcing my back to arch all night. It was so uncomfortable after a few hours. Felt like I was having back labor. The brealfast was nothing like any other hotel. Not even a bagel or any type of meat. Just waffles, cereal, apples/oranges, eggs and biscuts and gravy. I love any type of eggs but these were gross. The juice was like syrup, it was so thick. My son who loves sweets wouldn't even drink it, lol. The heater was so hard to regulate. We either froze or were sweating to death. So we finally craked a window but we had cigarette smoke coming through the window and some guy was openly vaping in the pool with kids. They also collected a 100.00 deposit by phpne befpre we even areived or checked in, which I think is very odd. I would never stay there again. "

"I loved my stay at the Quality Inn Loudon-Concord. The staff were wonderful in every way, and the facilities were clean and well managed. Breakfast was fine as well. I definitely will return."

"Pools are amazing for all seasons, some closed of course but the indoor pools are a blast for the whole family, we are here again this weekend after last week and can’t wait to explore the rest. The staff here is phenomenal, everyone from the check in desk to the maintenance department is attentive and always nicer than your neighbors at home lol "

"Staff was great. The company needs to invest in the property as workout room equipment was not all working. The room that was a suite did not have the usual table and chairs."

"The hotel is directly off the highway but still very quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a few changes each day. Great for a weekend winter stay."

"Amazing place with great amenities like a game area, outside patio with a nice fire, and snacks/drinks in the room. Easy to get to the slopes too. "

"The front desk people were very helpful. The room was nice. My Mom and I are below average short (under 5') and had a hard time getting in and out of the beds, and the shampoo, etc bottles fixed to the wall were too high for us to reach. Other than that, it suited our last minute needs."

"Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay! Despite brutal weather the hotel was warm and comfortable, had welcoming staff and a great restaurant and lounge. Rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay here again."
